You can even request custom feature development. The only monthly charge is for your team members: €15 per team member. If you registered your provider account before 14 October 2026, you pay the team member fee only for those you add from 1 November 2026 on; team members added before then stay free. Exception: if you bought your Lifetime plan before 13 October 2026, you pay no team member fee at all in the provider account you bought it for, not even for team members you add later, for as long as that Lifetime plan is in place.

Your data travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The Privacy Policy lists the processors and other recipients we use to run Reservee and where data is stored. Payments run through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time from settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no lock-in beyond that and no hidden fees.

Your plan covers your own account. Every team member needs a team seat, which costs €15 per month on every plan, including Lifetime and during the 7-day free trial. Seats are billed monthly, separately from your plan; if you add another one in the middle of a billing month, you pay only the pro-rated fee for that month. You pay for a seat until you cancel it — removing the team member does not cancel it — and you stop paying for it from the next billing period. A seat can be used only while you have a valid plan or a running free trial: while you have neither, you cannot use the seat, and the part of the fee that relates to that time is not refunded. If you registered your provider account before 14 October 2026, you pay the team member fee only for those you add from 1 November 2026 on; team members added before then stay free. Exception: if you bought your Lifetime plan before 13 October 2026, you pay no team member fee at all in the provider account you bought it for, not even for team members you add later, for as long as that Lifetime plan is in place. Providers based in Hungary are billed in forints.
