One-time payment for the plan
One-time payment, lifetime access, the best investment in your business.
The one-time payment covers the plan itself. For each team member, you pay a separate monthly fee, on Lifetime too.
If you registered your provider account before 14 October 2026, you pay the team member fee only for those you add from 1 November 2026 on; team members added before then stay free.
Exception: if you bought your Lifetime plan before 13 October 2026, you pay no team member fee at all in the provider account you bought it for, not even for team members you add later, for as long as that Lifetime plan is in place.

Team members: +€15 / month per team member
Your plan covers your own account. Every team member needs a team seat, which you pay for monthly, separately from your plan.
- The fee is the same on every plan (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime), and it is charged during the 7-day free trial too: for the first seat you pay a full month in advance, in the trial as well.
- Add another seat in the middle of a billing month and you pay only the pro-rated fee for that month.
- When you no longer need a seat, cancel it: you pay for a seat until you cancel it — removing the team member does not cancel it — and you stop paying for it from the next billing period.
- A seat can be used only while you have a valid plan or a running free trial: if your plan ends, or your trial expires without you having subscribed to a plan, you cannot use the seat until you have a plan (if you still have none when the month you paid for is over, the seat ends then), and the part of the fee that relates to that time is not refunded.

Subscriptions are for businesses (sole traders and freelancers included) and organisations, not for consumers.
We add no VAT to the prices: Reservee's operator is a small business exempt from VAT under Hungarian law, so you pay us exactly the amount shown and the invoice shows no VAT. If your business is established in another EU country, you may have to account for VAT on the service in your own country (reverse charge).
Providers based in Hungary are billed in Hungarian forints (HUF).
