Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to reservee.hu services. By using the service you agree to the following terms.

2. Scope of service
Reservee is an online booking system that lets service providers create their own booking page and accept online appointments from their clients. The service is offered on a subscription basis.
Main features include:
- Your own booking page with a unique link
- Services, working hours and calendar management
- Group bookings and events
- Automated email notifications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations)
- Client profile, waitlist, analytics
- Client import and export
- Google Calendar integration
- Dark and light theme
3. Subscription and payment terms
- The subscription fee depends on the chosen plan, as shown on the website.
- Payments are handled through the Stripe payment platform.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
- Yearly subscriptions renew automatically every year unless cancelled.
- The Provider reserves the right to change prices and will notify subscribers in advance.
- Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, available once per provider.
4. Lifetime plan special terms
The "Lifetime" subscription entitles the user to use the Reservee system for as long as the service exists. Lifetime does not necessarily mean lifelong access — it grants access only while the Reservee service operates.
The Provider is entitled to discontinue, modify or suspend the service at any time for business, legal or financial reasons (e.g. bankruptcy, termination, force majeure). By purchasing a Lifetime plan the user acknowledges that no refund or compensation is owed if the service is discontinued, and the Provider assumes no further obligations.
Lifetime subscribers may request custom feature development, which the Provider may consider within its capabilities.
5. Free trial
Every new provider is entitled to a single, 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. If the user does not subscribe to a plan at the end of the trial, the service automatically ends. No credit card is required to start the trial.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
- Due to the digital nature of the service, buyers are not entitled to withdraw after payment.
- Exception: technical errors causing accidental payment — handled case by case.
- Subscribers can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from misuse, technical issues or force majeure. The Provider makes every reasonable effort to keep the system running but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
8. Data handling
The Provider treats user data confidentially and does not share it with third parties unless required by law. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
- The subscriber can cancel their subscription any time from settings.
- The Provider may discontinue the service and will notify affected users in advance.
- The Provider may terminate access immediately in case of a serious breach.
10. Intellectual property
Reservee and all its components (software, design, content, logo) are the intellectual property of the Provider. Users are only entitled to use the service as intended.
11. Disputes
The parties aim to resolve disputes amicably. If that is not possible, the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat shall decide. Hungarian law applies.
12. Other provisions
- The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time.
- Amended terms take effect from the date of publication.
- Users are notified of amendments via email.
13. Acceptance
By completing the subscription you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
